A cosmic equinox sound journey
Soundbaths are a time-honored ritual with healing effects that help to clear the mind, allowing us to connect with our true natures and amplifying our innate ability for connection and creativity. All are welcome!
Using the power of sound and meditation, we’ll relax, restore, and “retune” ourselves into balance. Sound can often guide us into releasing pain, worry, and anxiety, expanding our neural pathways by clearing our slate in a meditative state. Soundbaths can thus often create space for healing, allowing creative insights to spark through!
It's high time to celebrate the season of renewal and welcome more light in! The spring soundbath is designed to aid in creative amplification, allowing insights to spark through, supporting projects and dreams coming to fruition.
